Directions
There are many ways to get to Lightning in a Bottle. We suggest these paths but double check and make sure it’s the right path for you.
From San Francisco and Los Angeles:
Take the I-5 Freeway South
Take the exit for CA-91 East
Take the CA-55 South
Exit at Chapman Avenue EAST. Chapman Ave turns into Santiago Canyon Road. Follow Approximately
9 miles (from 55).
You will pass Irvine Lake on the left (DO NOT turn into Irvine Lake).
Make first left after lake at ranch entrance (LIB signs will be posted)
Toll Road Option:
From CA 91 Fwy take 241 fwy (toll road) south.
Exit Santiago Canyon Rd. and go left.
You will pass Irvine Lake on the left (DO NOT turn into Irvine Lake).
Make first left after lake at ranch entrance (LIB signs will be posted)
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-5 Freeway North
Exit I-5 Freeway North at El Toro Rd –
Go right on El Toro road
El Toro Rd. turns into Santiago Canyon Road.
Follow Road 15.75 miles to ranch, entrance on right. Follow signs. If you
reach Irvine Lake you’ve gone too far.
Toll Road Option:
From I-5 or 405 freeways take 133 freeway North.
133 turns into 241 fwy (toll road).
Take 241 north, Exit Santiago Canyon Road, go right approx 1/8 mile.
You will pass Irvine Lake on the left (DO NOT turn into Irvine Lake).
Make first left after lake at ranch entrance. LIB signs will be posted.
