After a successful Earlybird Sale we’re ready to roll out the next round of tickets on January 24th! Study the ticket types below to plan your purchase ahead of time…
All LIB 2017 wristbands are 4-day passes. We will no longer be offering single or two day passes to the festival.
If you need more than 27 feet for your RV (or other vehicle) you’ll be required to get a Long pass.
Way more options for bus travelers, including: Monday and Sunday departures for some cities, more cities on the schedule such as Phoenix and Portland with wait lists to ride the bus in Salt Lake City and Denver.
We’re bringing air conditioning to LIB for the first time ever with the all new UBER COOL camping package.Â
Your four-day wristband is like you’re very own wearable golden ticket. It grants you access to all the activities and stages at Lightning in a Bottle from Thursday morning (when gates open) to Sunday evening. Campgrounds will close on Monday morning. With your four-day pass you will enjoy access to campgrounds for tent camping and a space to park your car in the specified parking lot. Please note: festival passes do NOT include camping equipment. Also, there will be no weekend or single day passes offered this year.
Sometimes an extra day is just what the doctor ordered. Beat the lines and get a peek behind the scenes for an LIB experience unlike anything else. With your Early Arrival pass you’ll gain access to the festival on Wednesday to the coveted and centrally located Highgrounds Camp. Here you’ll be close to almost everything at the festival while still enjoying your very own pocket of oasis from the hustle and bustle of the festival. Here you can relax before the thunder rolls into the festival or peruse one of the many exclusive offerings only available for Early Arrivers. If you want the best, but you’re on a budget consider the Early Arrival pass. You’ll thank us later.
We fully expect RV passes will be sold out in record time so these passes are NOT the ones you want to snooze on. RV passes offer a designated spot in the RV area at the festival, but they’re not just for RVs. They can also grant access for a truck or other vehicle that’s pulling a travel camper or a bus if you want to pull up in your own party on wheels. Got a vehicle or setup that’s longer than 27-feet? Make sure you get the Long pass! Need hookups for power and water? That’s also an option! Remember, these tickets are usually the first to disappear from the shelves so DO NOT WAIT. Pick up the RV Camping Pass that’s right for you and brace yourself for the best LIB of your life!

Need a little logistical support getting out to the festival? Looking for a ride? We got you. With the Lightning Bus getting to (and departing from) LIB has never been easier. This year we’ve got a better bus system thanks to our new partner, SharetheBus. With seats available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland, and Salt Lake City and more days to ride the Bus into the festival you’re sure to find a transportation arrangment to manage your plans in style. With your bus pass, you’ll get a comfy ride to or from LIB, a chance to bring all the camping gear that is impossible to haul on an airplane, and you’ll even enjoy a few giggles making a gaggle of new friends along the way.
Some like a little fancy in their festival and that’s okay! With Boutique Camping options you can opt for a Really Good pre-setup campsite, live lavishly with our Uber Great package or you can go super deluxe with our Uber Cool camping package, which includes onsite, in-tent, air conditioning! Talk about a game changer! Each of these three choices offer private restroom suites, complimentary private showers and full length mirrors, helpful staff to provide onsite camp management and access to the lavish and luxurious Lush Lounge – which contains seating, shade, a phone charging station, daily coffee and tea in the morning and a whole lot more. In addition to all this the Uber Great and Uber Cool packages get you an onsite concierge service and the most ideal homebase location available at the festival.Â
We take our carbon footprint seriously. That’s why we ask that each person attending LIB contribute a minimal amount of two dollars to maintain and revitalize the grounds after the festival. With these funds, we carefully select the projects we contribute to, so that we can ensure they are local and verified by the Climate Action Reserve (CAR) to manage and reduce our impact on the local environment. Want more info on where we allocate Carbon Offset funds? Check out our annual green report here.
