At the end of this application, you will be taken to a checkout to pay a $5 one-time non-refundable application processing fee through PayPal.

If you are accepted to be a part of our Lightning Team (Our Lightning in a Bottle work exchange program), you will receive an acceptance letter, along with a unique link to purchase your deposit ticket for $280 (including eventbrite fees). Upon completion of your scheduled Lightning Team work exchange shifts, you will be refunded the full $280 (including eventbrite fees) after the festival is over. This deposit MUST be paid by no later than May 1, 2017 at 10 pm to secure your spot on the team.

If you are accepted and need to cancel, you have until May 1, 2017 to do so in order to be refunded if you have already purchased your deposit ticket.
