Resistance Stretching is an innovative technique based on principles from Classical Hatha Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and personality typing theory. Through assisted stretching, we will pair up and learn how increasing the “resistance flexibility” of a muscle group simultaneously improves the physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological health of a person. We will explore movements that target specific meridians and organs of the body while also allowing a person to experience each of the 16 Genetic Personality Types from within. Discover how resistance is the often unrecognized link between strength and flexibility during this active hands on workshop. Bring a friend or bring yourself and pair up with another.
