Do I have to register my wristband?

You don’t have to register your wristband, but we strongly recommend that you do!  Registering your wristband shows both us and Eventbrite that the wristband belongs to you, and lets you supply emergency contact information should anything happen to you.  

 

Can I register my wristband under someone else’s name?

You can only register a wristband once, so make sure you have all of that person’s required information on hand.  To register, you’ll need their:

  • FULL NAME
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • BIRTHDATE
  • WRISTBAND ID NUMBER
  • EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER

 

Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?

Unfortunately not.  Once registered, wristbands can’t be transferred and identifying information can’t be changed.  You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can deactivate the wristband or request a replacement.

Where is my wristband? When will it ship?

You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information from the TICKETS page in your Eventbrite account.

If you purchased your wristband after the cutoff date for shipping, please proceed to Will Call with your PDF ticket to exchange for a wristband. We’ll get you set up.

 

How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address on the TICKETS page until the cutoff date when shipping begins. If you aren’t available at the shipping address you provided and don’t have a different address, you can cancel the shipment and pick up your replacement wristband at the event in Will Call.

If you can’t receive the package after it’s been shipped to the provided address, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID.

In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones?

Head over to the TICKETS page in your Eventbrite account to report your issue or request a replacement to pick up at Will Call. Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be reactivated. You can pick up a replacement wristband at Will Call. You will need the original order confirmation email and a photo ID for proof of purchase. A $20 replacement fee will apply for each wristband being replaced. This fee will apply to any lost, damaged or removed wristbands. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.

 

I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?

If you’re concerned about the delivery of your wristband, please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.

If you think your package has been lost, please check the status of your shipment on your TICKETS page. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, you should report it as lost and request a replacement. Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?

If you think you received the wrong wristband please got to your order details page to report the issue using the 8 digit code on the wristband(s) to request a replacement. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call in order to verify this error so you are not charged the $20 per wristband replacement fee.
