The forming of a festival usually begins with the marketing plan. Corporate mega-events might have a few execs to dream up and oversee the big picture, and then outsource the rest of their team to various creatives and agencies, but we at Lightning in a Bottle pride ourselves in doing all of the marketing and promotions in-house as a part of the Do LaB crew.
