For the 3rd year in a row, Last Supper Club returns to LIB with an all-new menu, taking you on a multi-sensory journey thru the mind-blowing delicacies of Mexico. Chef Noah Palmer will lead guests through 5-courses of gourmet farm-to-table Mexican cuisine. The food’s flame-kissed flavors will be paired to perfection with delicious craft cocktails made with Madre Mezcal. While you dine, the sights and sounds of Mexico come to life through live music, storytelling, and visual performance, making for a truly unique and unforgettable experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Dub Gypsy Kitchen Meal Plans & Dining
Geared toward those joining from both near and far that either can’t or don’t want to provide a camp kitchen but still want to have access to amazing food. With a menu that changes daily and fuses flavors and techniques from around the world, Dub Gypsy Kitchen also endeavors to create a dining space that encompasses all the diversity its guests bring with them.
Taste creations brought to you by a world-class chef with over 30 years of experience in creating magic with flavors in collaboration with a team of culinary alchemists that year after year brings these creations to remote locations to help feed your passions and your soul. What if for one price you could join in this meal plan for the entire weekend and not worry about food prepping, cooking, storing, shopping, or cleaning up and you could focus on your intentions for being at LIB? This is exactly what Chef Brian Vaccarella and Dub Gypsy Kitchen are offering for attendees of Lightning in a Bottle…breakfast and dinner served daily, buffet style, by our incredible staff in our beautiful Moroccan/Bedouin-inspired gathering space!

Lightning in a Plate by The Rancho
The fan favorite five-course menu at The Rancho will be curated and executed by Chef Luca Crostella and Chef Marco Manca. Dinner guests are transported on a delicious journey through a medley of international flavors. LiP is an immersive culinary experience where dining is a bustling, boisterous celebration that is both great for reconnecting with old friends and making a few new ones too.
In this experience, the culinary virtuosos at The Rancho offer meals with the freshest ingredients from local farmers, all while crafting the menu with the input of guests. Known far and wide for their creative spirit, Tuscan flavor, and delicious entrees, the Chefs incorporate “culinary spontaneity”, to prepare an experience that is as flavorful as the food.
