Dub Gypsy Kitchen is back at it again this year at Lightning in a Bottle! We’re bringing our amazing meal plan back allowing you to indulge in farm fresh fruits and vegetables, locally sourced grass-fed free-range meats, and family owned seasonally and sustainably sourced fresh fish all in our ever-evolving dining lounge! A space curated to be bright, casual, and inviting during the daytime…sultry, sexy, and alluring once the sun has disappeared below the horizon.

This year with more live performers, amazing musicians, and great DJs to keep the vibes high and keep you dancing into the night. Geared toward those joining from both near and far, brought to you by a world-class chef and his team of culinary alchemists that year after year bring their creations to remote locations to help feed your passions and your soul with a menu that changes daily.



Fusing flavors and techniques from around the world and always endeavoring to create dining spaces that encompass all of our guests’ diversity. What if for one price you could join in this meal plan for the entire weekend and not worry about shopping, storing, food prepping, cooking, or cleaning up and you could focus on your intentions for being at LIB.
